FREE Standard UK (MAINLAND) Delivery.
Processing times
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours. Orders placed after hours will be processed the next working day, Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or UK Public Holidays, will be processed the following working day. Office open hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Courier cut off time is 2pm for express delivery. 
Shipping Times
48 Hours Delivery. Standard Delivery times vary from approx. 7 to 10 business days depending on the item, unless otherwise stated within the product description. Please keep in mind that transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed, however the majority of our parcels arrive on time. Thank you in advance for understanding that we are not responsible for delays by customs, or other circumstances that may delay your order.
Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Amelia Rose Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for standard shipping.
Shipping Costs
Delivery charges vary depending on your chosen delivery method. The price for the product includes the applicable delivery charges. 

Standard delivery and collection by you at our premises are free. The express delivery is charged at £12.99. The price shown on our website includes the applicable delivery charges. We ship to the UK mainland only.

Who do we ship with?
We use Parcelforce to deliver most orders. Parcelforce delivers between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. Weekend + bank holidays not included.

Tracking your delivery
Tracking will be provided at the earliest convenience. You can track online via Parcelforce. Items are shipped directly from our warehouse here in the UK and Poland depending on which delivery service you select. 
You will be notified who your parcel has been sent with via email, with a link to track your order.  If your order has not arrived within the above time frame, please check the tracking link sent to you in your Dispatch Confirmation email for an update regarding your delivery. 

Larger orders tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information, to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 72 hours, all parcels will have arrived.
Packing & Handling
Due to the size of many of our items your order may arrive in separate parcels. So don't be alarmed if one of your items arrives and not another - it will be arriving very soon.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping delays with carriers, including customs hold ups, weather, delivery locations being inaccessible, packages that were delivered to the incorrect address, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to ship your item in a timely manner, we do not have control over your delivery once it is in the hands of the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from dispatch, please get in touch at info@ameliaroseshop.co.uk and we will look into this for you. 
Missed a parcel delivery?
After an initial attempted delivery, Parcelforce will automatically attempt redelivery on the next working day if they haven't left your item at your local Post Office or with a neighbour. 
Undeliverable packages
If a delivery is unsuccessful and returned to us we will contact you for further instructions. If an order is returned by the courier due to no one being present at the time of delivery and/or a failed collection or wrong delivery address details being provided, you the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping and/or redelivery.  If a refund is processed it will be less delivery charges. We reserve the right to refuse redelivery or future orders you might place in the case of repeated delivery failure.  
If your order is late and no longer required please do not accept the delivery and request return to sender. If the delivery is accepted then we do not take responsibility for the costs of returning your item under these circumstances.
