The cover can be taken off and washed. The pool and balls will arrive in a box. The pool will be compressed vacuumed packed. Just open the bag and it will form a round shape after 24 hours. Push the sides down to get more air into the foam to help it take shape.

If collection is available in the delivery option please place your order and add note at checkout to book in your collection date/time or email us with your name and order number and what day and times are suitable for you and we will reply to confirm. Collection times usually Mon - Fri 9.30am - 3pm. Not including weekends and bank holidays. You MUST email us before coming to arrange a pick up date/time.
PLEASE NOTE - make sure you have the space in your car/van to fit your order. Soft Play items come in large boxes/sacks.
